Founder of Project2Pixel — building practical operational systems, workflow solutions and digital infrastructure for SMEs, NGOs and organisations.
Where operational discipline meets technology, automation and digital inclusion.
Project2Pixel was founded by Natasha Fredericks, whose professional foundation was built in executive administration, production coordination and high-responsibility operational environments.
After more than a decade working across scheduling, coordination, stakeholder communication, logistics and project support, Natasha recognised a pattern: many organisations do not fail because they lack vision. They struggle because their systems are not built to support growth.
Project2Pixel exists to help SMEs, NGOs, startups, education initiatives and organisations move from scattered processes into structured digital systems. The focus is not only on building websites, but on creating workflows, automation support, training and operational systems that make organisations easier to run.
The business was shaped by Natasha’s transition into technology and AI, including her involvement as a Microsoft Elevate Her Ambassador. This exposed her to the urgent need for practical AI awareness, responsible adoption and digital readiness in communities and organisations that are often left behind.
Project2Pixel sits at the intersection of administration, project management and emerging technology. That combination matters because automation is only useful when it solves a real operational problem.
We understand the messy middle: the inboxes, spreadsheets, missed follow-ups, manual admin, unclear processes and overloaded founders. Our role is to translate that chaos into practical systems that teams can actually use.
Project2Pixel is evolving from a service-based business into a digital transformation and enablement platform. The long-term vision is to provide small businesses, NGOs, education initiatives and public-sector aligned organisations with access to workflow templates, automation support, training, communication systems and digital infrastructure.
The goal is simple: help organisations keep up with where technology is going without needing expensive teams, complex systems or technical overwhelm.
Natasha’s work is driven by a belief that technology should not only serve well-funded organisations. It should also reach the small business owner, the grassroots NGO, the community builder and the young person trying to participate in the digital economy.
Project2Pixel is being built to serve both commercial growth and social impact — because the future of technology should not be reserved for the already connected.
Project2Pixel operates through Project2Pixel (PTY) LTD, a South African registered private company providing digital transformation, workflow systems, automation support, implementation guidance and operational support services.
